Hi bloggers, this week I'm going to talk about a rebel outfit. This type of clothing is ideal for going out at night and to show a sexy and mysterious image. With these garments we can show this appearance because of the colours (black and red), the hairstyle, the make up and specially the stockings pattern.  

As you can see in the photo I'm wearing a black shirt with a skull drawn on it, this skull is emblazoned with the American flag. This shirt is combined with some particular garments: black shorts which have some metal points in the sides, stockings with a very original pattern and black heeled boots. You can find them in Inditex stores, specially in Stradivarius and Vives Shoes. Then I'm wearing a leather jacket on this outfit. 
On the other hand, in this case it is important the hairstyle, which consists in curling the hair and put it up with a side tail. 
Finally I have to explain the make up. In this case it is very important because it helps to show a suggestive image. It's very simple, you only have to paint your lips with a powerful red lipstick and you have to mark your eyes form in black.  

My Valoration: 9

What I like: I think that this outfit is very special and mysterious. I like it a lot and for me it is the best option to go to the disco or to go out at nigth. If you are wearing this outfit I'm sure that you will clean someone out. Dare to be different! 

What I don't like: In this case I can't say too many negative thinks about this outfit. For me it is very special. I know that some people can believe that it is very provocative and sensual! It's true, but if you know when you can wear it and when it's better to save these clothing in the wardrove, you will triumph!

2.CREATE THE
 

DIFFERENT LOOKS

All looks have to be done to the same model with always the same haircut, using at least two Style Masters products.

Permitted: support to create looks with accessories (cushions, bobby pins,                         etc.)

Not permitted: adding any type of natural or artificial hair, neither as                                            accessory nor as extensions.

3.PHOTOGRAPH OF YOUR 

3 CREATIONS

Photographs must be in black and white and taken in interior locations against a plain background.

You may use: photoshop for minor touch ups that have no influence on the                          looks (construction of the look, etc.)

4.UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS

Login with the username and password you received in the registration email. Upload your photos (72 dpi jpg/jpeg format and up to 3Mb) and state what Revlon Professional Style Masters products you used to create the 3 looks and describe your technique.

5.BE ORIGINAL

Your work must not have been previously published nor used in any other competition. Each contestant may 

only 

submit one set of 3 photos per edition of the contest.

6.TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

To participate, the stylist, photographer and model must sign the agreement to transfer image rights. We recommend you to have the documents signed on the day of the photo shoot.

A fresh and summery outfit

Hi bloggers, this week I'm going to talk about a fresh and summery outfit. 
The spring begins this weekend and all the stores have already prepared the season. 

 This is the second outfit I suggest. As you can see in the photo I'm wearing a long, brown and squared skirt and a black jumper. So it's a simple outfit. Then, to garnish it I use some complements. In this case, a long necklace with a big jewell, some bracelets and a black belt. You can find them in Inditex stores.  

My Valoration: 6

What I like: I think that this outfit is very fresh and summery. I like it and it's true that long skirts are the new trend of the summer. This year you will see many girls wearing this garment!

What I don't like: I have to say that i don't like this style a lot. I prefer trousers, shorts because they are more comfortable and in case I have to wear a skirt or a dress I'd rather wear a shorter one. I think that this outfit is ideal to wear during your holiday in the beach.

This project is named La Plana View which is an online channel where you can find different programs recorded by us. There are some different topics: fashion, sports, leisure, culture, anime and manga and cooking.  We hope you like it! 

A simple and natural outfit

Hi bloggers, today I'm going to start a new section of my blog. Everyweek I will take a photo of my outfits and I will describe the clothes I'm wearing.  I will also say where you could find the garments and I will make a valoration.  

This is the first outfit I suggest. As you can see in the photo I'm wearing a beige jumper with a denim jaket on it, leather leggings and the most modern shoes, heel trainers. Then, to garnish these simple garments and to show a better look, I use some complements. In this case, a military scarf and a military bag. I have to say that it's important the way you wear the garments and you have to personalize and use your own style. 

You can find them in Inditex stores. In this case, the denim jacket and the leather leggings are from Bershka; the beige jumper, the military scarf and the military bag are from Stradivarius and finally these heel shoes are from Vives.  

My Valoration: 9

What I like: I think that this outfit is very natural. I like it very much because it transmits my personality. I think that you can wear these garments in your daily routine and in a special event too. 

What I don't like: I can't say too many negative things. I like this style a lot but I think that maybe it is very formal or well-dressed to go to school. What you can do too, is changing the heel trainers to boots or to another type of shoes to show a more informal appearance.  

Do you need anthropometry?

Hi fashion victims, today I'm going to coment the results about one question from my infographic: WHAT DO YOU WEAR WHEN YOU GO TO THE DISCO OR YOU GO OUT AT NIGHT? I have to say that I was really surprised by the response to the survey. As we can see, the most popular answer was "Pants or Shorts", and the less popular answer was "Skirts". 

Some years ago, going out at night meant grooming, dressing well, putting on clothes that you wouldn't wear a normal and informal day... Nowadays girls prefer to go out dressing pants, shorts and comfortable clothes. 

In my opinion, I think that we can find different preferences. I know girls that prefer wearing comfortable clothes to go out, but on the other hand I know a lot of girls that prefer putting on clothes that they can't wear during the day: tight dresses, tube skirts, high heeled shoes...

Everyone should wear clothes in which they feel more comfortable, but if you want to know what kind of clothes are better for you and with which you'll be more favored, your word is anthropometry, which is the study of the different body shapes. Anthropometry help us to diagnose and advise which kind of clothing each person needs. To analyze this we will consider the source image, lines, shapes, volumes and colors.
Depending on each person's body shape, it will be better a clothing style or another one.

Are you obsessed about fashion?

Today fashion is a very important part of our life. From birth we are conditioned by the fashion and by the publicity that we receive about the new trends and the new fashions. 

From the morning when we wake up, we begin to receive advertising messages through radio, newspaper, Internet or television. If we go out, everything is full of posters, at the bus stop, at the different shopping windows... we can not avoid them. Can you actually count the amount of advertising messages that we receive every day?
Our life is very influenced by advertising, which affects us in many of our daily activities: we wear the most fashionable brands, we see the highest grossing film of the year and we buy some objects, which are useless  but give us reputation just because they are announced on television.

The truth is that people get easily carried away  by advertisements, by the latest fashion trends... and we can not avoid buying that object announced on television whitout knowing its use. Rarely do we consider the usefulness of the item or its price, the matter is to buy it because it will make our lives easier, or because it will match the color of the walls.
Advertising knows how to get to our subconscious and make us believe that we have to buy and spend.

Here we can see the results of my survey, 21 interviewed said that fashion is important in their life, 9 interviewed said that fashion is not important in their life.
In my opinion, following the latests trends and being aware about the new fashions could be funny as a hobby. But on the other hand I think that it can become a concern that can be avoided. Everyone has to be unique, everyone has to have their own style and nobody has to be compared with others. 

Finally I want to say that the code image is what everyone transmits to others. To achieve our goals we must know what we want to convey, know what we transmit and detect the differences between both.

So my phrase of the day is: Follow fashion but do not turn it into an obsession, be yourself.

COLORS IN FASHION

Another factor that is very important in fashion is the meaning of colors. These can be warm or cold: 
• Warm colors convey sweetness, naturalty and transmit proximity.
• Cold colors show aggressiveness, toughness and safety.
• Black and white are neutral colors.

In this case we can clearly see it in perfume advertisements:

This first image is an advertisement about the brand Dior perfume. We see clearly that the major part of the add is blue, a cold color. This blue, helped with the expression of the model and all other components show aggressiveness, toughness, safety ...

On the other hand, the second image is the announcement of Shakira's perfume. In this add we see that the predominant color is gold, a warm color. In this case this advertisement shows sweetnees and naturality.




Here you can read the individual meaning of each color:

Red: Red is the color of passion, strength and action. It stimulates action, love, and power creative force and we associate it with power, energy, vitality... Negatively , it symbolizes the hatred and cruelty.

Orange: Orange is the color of wisdom, sociability and communication. As positive effects can be said that stimulates conversation and sense of humor. Negatively , its excessive use can unbalance the nervous system. You need green and blue to balance the color.

Yellow: Yellow is a cheerful color associated with intuition. Represents spiritual perfection, peace and rest. It is the color of youth and joy. As a positive effect promotes compassion and creativity awakens enthusiasm for life, confidence and optimism. Negatively an excessive use can cause irritation and can also symbolize cowardice.

Blue: Blue is the symbol of truth, consciousness, harmony, tranquility, hope, order, nobility and generosity. It can also mean desire for peace and solitude. As a positive effect , it calms your nerves and it is a refreshing color. Negatively , an excess use causes depression and feeling sadness.

Green: Green is the color of nature. It symbolizes new life, regeneration, joy, happiness, excitement and hope. As a positive effect helps to balance our energies, produces sedative effects, tonics and fresh. Negatively, it can symbolize selfishness, envy and sloth. Dark green can depress and weaken.

White: White is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity and virginity. It is considered the color of perfection, peace, calm and harmony. It means security, purity, simplicity and cleanliness.

Black: Black is the opposite of light. It is the color of silence, mystery, sadness, separation, night, and death anxiety. When it shines also means nobility and elegance.

Gray: Gray symbolizes indecisiveness, lack of energy, doubt and melancholy. The metallic gray feels cold, brightness, elegance and luxury.

Pink: Is the result of mixing red with white. It's a romatic color that express love, friendship and all the feminine qualities . It is a color that brings warmth, tenderness, understanding and compassion.

As you can see colors are very important dependig what you want to transmit. For this reason, image consultants make the color test and say to everyone if they need warm or cold colors! 

TRENCH CAPE

Hello bloggers!! Today I'm going to talk about a new trend named Trench cape!It is a kind of cape-shaped jacket, which is very original for this winter. Various celebrities like Victòria Beckham are implanting this garment and nowadays different stores have taken the idea. 

 

Therefore, now it is time to use our imagination and combine this piece of clothing to be different and original. Here you have some examples: 

 

 



As I have made with other trends, I searched Trench capes in our stores and where I have found more examples was in the Inditex store Zara. Let's see them!

 

IVETTE'S VALORATION:  7

What I like: I think that this piece of cloting is very useful. It makes us keep warm and at the same time we are taking part and wearing the latest trends. 

What I don't like: On the other hand it is so formal and we can't use it if we are wearing sport clothes or sweaters.

FASHION VICTIM - Fashion in artistic roller skating

PENCIL DRESS

Hi bloggers, today I'm going to explain a new type of dress. It's name is: PENCIL DRESS! As we can see in the photo this type of dress marks our silhouette and makes a visual effect that slims. With this dress you seem to have the perfect size, 90-60-90. 
We can find it in different colours or prints, but normaly the external line is black. This is because black is so dark and it seems that we are thinner. 






There are other dresses that are clinging without this external line.
